About Us
Kilworth Children's Centre (KCC) is a non-profit childcare centre that provides all children and families with an inclusive program.
Located minutes from west-London, KCC caters to the London-Middlesex Community.
Kilworth Children Centre operates out of two sites within the same building, the main site and the rec site. The main site accommodates one infant room, two toddler rooms, and a preschool room. The rec site accommodates the school-age room and a preschool room. Alongside our classroom spaces, we have three play yards while also being surrounded by multiple parks and a splashpad.

Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care System (CWELCC)
The Canadian Government is currently working with the Ministry of Education to make childcare more accessible and affordable for families across the province by introducing the CWELCC program. Kilworth Children’s Centre has opted-in and been approved for the CWELCC program resulting in a Service Agreement of this program. Kilworth Children’s Centre shall inform all its member if this decision changes and it’s deemed to not be in the best interest of the centre. Kilworth Children’s Centre shall adhere to all the rules and guidelines put in place by implementing this program.
Our Story
Kilworth Children's Centre (KCC) has been operating within the London-Middlesex community for over 35 years.
Originally, KCC was conceived as a commercial entity under private ownership and opened it's doors in 1989 as Hobby Horse Daycare.
On June 1st, 1991, operating control of the centre was assumed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of members of the Parent Association and Community Representatives. It was at this time the centre took the name Tiggir's Tots Daycare amd became a non-profit organization.
In the fall of 2012, the centre decided to change the name and hence Kilworth Children's Centre was born.
